Two principles shape everything: you pay for what Mandact actually checked — verified agent actions, not seats or agent licences — and money never deletes mandates: on payment default, issuing pauses; existing mandates, their status endpoint, the kill switch and the evidence chain keep running. A mandate is a legal relationship, not a feature flag. Annual billing equals ten monthly instalments. All prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge procedure.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a verified action?
Every Verify API answer to a live request — and every critical tool call through the MCP gateway. Whether allowed, denied or escalated: checked is checked. Sandbox calls are unlimited and free.
What happens when I exceed my quota?
From 80 % the app shows a warning. From 100 % issuing new mandates pauses until the month changes — verifications, revocation and the kill switch keep working, so no verifier is penalised for your quota. You then add action packs (1 million actions per month) or change tier. There is no automatic surprise invoice; the sandbox always keeps running.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes: annual billing equals ten monthly instalments — two months free. Enterprise contracts are annual.
Which currency am I billed in?
CHF, EUR or USD — selectable at checkout. CHF and EUR amounts are identical. All prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge procedure.
What happens to my evidence chain if I cancel?
The evidence chain stays retrievable and exportable for the retention period of your tier. To keep it longer, book evidence retention — also after the contract ends. Evidence does not disappear with the subscription.
