Two principles shape everything: you pay for what Mandact actually checked — verified agent actions, not seats or agent licences — and money never deletes mandates: on payment default, issuing pauses; existing mandates, their status endpoint, the kill switch and the evidence chain keep running. A mandate is a legal relationship, not a feature flag. Annual billing equals ten monthly instalments. All prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge procedure.
