The problem
An agent operator's logs are one-sided and of little value in a dispute. The Evidence Vault produces evidence both sides can use: hash-chained, exportable — qualified timestamps once a trust service is connected.
Append-only, hash-chained
Every entry references the previous one. Later changes are technically detectable — not merely forbidden by policy.
Qualified timestamps (planned)
Planned: daily anchoring of the root hashes through a qualified trust service provider (after live validation). What evidentiary effect this has in a given case depends on the service, the use and the jurisdiction.
